Originally from South Carolina, Wendy has lived across the U.S. and abroad. She has a Masters in Music Education and a Bachelors in Media Arts and has worked as a music teacher, including two years overseas. With additional, previous experience as a retail clothing buyer, photographer, and radio DJ, Wendy made a career transition from teaching to the exciting world of real estate. She transferred her skills and enjoyment of helping and educating people to real estate, where she guides and teaches clients through each step of the home buying or selling process with ease. Wendy has strong skills in marketing, negotiation, and the skills to navigate difficult situations. She also offers a creative perspective and attends to details. Wendy prioritizes connecting with clients and building relationships, and she communicates effectively so every client feels understood and equipped with knowledge to make the best decisions. While flexible to ensure meeting each client’s needs, she excels at coming up with a plan and strategy for each individual’s circumstances and life-stage.
